What to expect
If you need someone to talk to, we’re here to listen. We won’t judge or tell you what to do.
When you phone or instant message us, one of our volunteers will answer and offer you the space to talk about whatever is on your mind, big or small.
Whatever you’re going through you can always talk freely and openly to our listening volunteers. From undergraduates to PhDs, all our volunteers are students like any other.
All of our volunteers go through at least 3 full days of training to ensure you have a safe space to talk about anything at all, whether you’d like a chat on your way home at night, or have something more serious on your mind. We’re here for you.
